Following the official declaration of Sen. Uba Sani of the All Progressive Congress (APC) as Kaduna State Governor-Elect by the lndependent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Saturday’s gubernatorial election, his rival candidate of the African Democratic Congress(ADC), Sen. Caleb Zagi has expressed satisfaction with the outcome, describing the process as transparent, free and credible.
In his congratulatory statement on Tuesday made available to lnvicta News, Sen. Zagi said the Governor-elect and his running mate, who is also the seating Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza Balarabe were deserving of their victory at the polls.

Senator Zagi also enjoined other candidates of the various political parties that contested alongside Uba Sani to demonstrate the spirit of sportsmanship by accepting the outcome of the election and join hands with the Governor-Elect,Senator Uba Sani for the Restoration of peace, unity and societal development.
The statement personally signed by Sen. Zagi, said the emergence of the two astute leaders with remarkable track records would indeed usher in more golden windows of opportunities towards the socioeconomic and political prosperity in Kaduna state.
The ADC Gubernatorial candidate further appealed to the good people of Kaduna to embrace peace and eschew politics of bitterness, adding that Sen. Uba Sani possess the capacity and passion for a better Kaduna state.
According to Zagi, Sen. Uba Sani is a tested and trusted leader with the ability to connect Kaduna state with the outside world for rapid development, stressing that all hands must be on deck to support the vision and mission of the in- coming administration in Kaduna state.

while also lauding the independent national Electoral Commission (INEC),Security agencies, Traditional and Religious leaders as well as the general public for the maturity and civilized conduct exhibited during the electioneering period, the ADC Gubernatorial candidate who is an indigene of kagarko local government area in the southern part of Kaduna state reiterated the need for prayers,support and loyalty for the new APC administration to succeed in Kaduna state and the country in general.
