The Executive Chairman of Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Hon. Nasara Rabo has called on the Muslim faithfuls to exhibit the lessons learn during the one Month Ramadan fasting which preceded Eid-El-Fitr being celebrated throughout the country today.

He stated this on Friday, in his Sallah message for Muslims on the occasion of Eid-el-ftr, which he said it signifies a renewal of the need to constantly show gratitude to almighty God for his provision, love and protection.

“I enjoined all our Muslims to imbibe the spirit of the season and the virtues espoused by the great Prophet to build a nation where there will be equality, justice, Peace and fair play.

“Now that we’re going to experience a transition of a new Government, we pray our hopes are renewed ahead of May 29 being the date for the inauguration of Nigeria’s next administration.

He urged his people to support the in-coming administration also with their prayers and never to engage in anything that could jeopardize its determination to develop the state and the Country at large.

 

The Council Chairman added that the people must avoid acts that are forbidden, but must be forthright, charitable, kind, seek happiness of others, embark on more spiritual fortifications, and work more to collaborate on initiatives, that promote common good and cement relationships across all divides.
