A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Comrd. Gwamna Ladan Gimba has congratulated the Kaduna-South Senator, Barr. Marshal Katung for his victory at the National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal.
Gwamna, who is vying for the Kagarko Local Government Chairmanship Seat in the next coming election, said with the affirmation of Senator Katung’s victory in the February 25th National Assembly polls, it is time for the region to move forward.
He appealed to the Labour Party (LP) Senatorial Candidate, Engr. Micheal Ayuba Auta to accept the hands of fellowship extended to him by the Senator for democracy to flourish.
He however underscored the need for the Labour Party candidate to join hands with Sen. Katung as the region is confronted with several challenges, noting this is the time for every well-meaning Southern Kaduna person to place the common good of the region above personal gains.
” Following the critical economic challenges, it is imperative for every patriotic Southern Kaduna to support our Senator who has shown capacity and vigor in his leadership to deliver on his mandate so that the region can overcome her challenges.”
” His victory at the Tribunal was a victory for all and we ought to put all hands on deck to enhance democratic values.” Gwamna concluded.
